• Platino 2D Automated Laser Cutting System - max sheet size 60 x 120 with          max thickness cutting of 1.00" for steel and .500" for Stainless steel.
• Finn Power Shear Genius CNC - 52 station, 33 ton, max sheet 60 x 120
• Weidemann Vectrum 3000a CNC - 54 station, 33 ton, max sheet 48 x 92
• Weidemann Magnum 2125 CNC - 30 station, 22 ton, max sheet 40 x 48
• Weidemann Centrum 2000 CNC - 22 station, 20 ton, max sheet 40 x 48

PRESS BRAKES
P & M has eleven press brakes ranging from three to ten feet in size with a maximum 250 ton capacity. A large library of special shapes and forming dies is available to minimize NRE costs.

MACHINING
P & M is a fully equipped facility to handle most of your machining needs. Two major CNC machining centers along with numerous bridgeports and lathes, allows us to provide you with high quality machined parts.

WELDING
P & M has various individuals that are highly-skilled when precision welding is required. To expand our capabilities, we purchased a "Performance 42 (2 station) Robotic Welder".

ASSEMBLY
P & M has the most PEMserter machines in the area. Vendor storage agreements allow us to facilitate in-house stock for numerous hardware types.

IN-HOUSE SCREEN PRINTING
P & M has all the required equipment to produce quality in-house silk screened products.
